HEROES Act

With COVID-19 impacting so many people in our communities, issues like unemployment and lack of medical care have disproportionately affected low-income communities. The HEROES Act was proposed to address this inequality, but it has not been passed yet.

Members of the ASAP team have been actively advocating for Virginia senators to push for the implementation of this act. To read more about what the HEROES Act will do to benefit our communities as well as ASAP’s efforts,
